Mattijs 't Hoen
Mattijs focuses on expanding and strengthening Asset Partners' network. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance and maintains close relationships with Dutch alternative lenders.
He has worked in real estate finance since 1996 and has held positions at Westland/Utrecht Hypotheekbank, ING REF, Van Lanschot Bankiers, FGH Bank and RNHB. At FGH Bank, he spent more than four years in the Special Asset Management department, where he gained extensive experience in restructuring and complex financing matters.
This combination of commercial experience and knowledge of special situations enables him to understand diverse interests and translate them into workable solutions. At Asset Partners, he uses this background to guide transactions effectively and deepen client and lender relationships.
Mattijs studied Business Economics at Windesheim, earned an MBA from TIAS and completed the Insolvency Law for Banks program at CPO.
