Lara focuses on managing financing transactions and helping clients obtain financing aligned with their strategy. She combines a background as a registered appraiser with legal and financial expertise.
Before joining Asset Partners, Lara worked as a registered appraiser and consultant at an international real estate advisory firm. She has experience with virtually all asset types, with a focus on development properties and commercial real estate.
Combined with her legal and financial background, this experience enables her to provide clients with well-founded advice on the value of individual properties or entire portfolios. That expertise also enables her to develop a financing profile that meets both the client's objectives and the lender's criteria.
