Jos has been active in the real estate and financial sector since 2004. He has held roles as a fund manager, real estate manager and broker, and later served as managing director of an investment company active in real estate, shipping and private equity. In that role, he held ultimate responsibility for the portfolio and was assessed by the AFM and DNB for competence and integrity.

His experience allows him to approach financing challenges from both a lender’s and an investor’s perspective. In addition, he supported major banks with the workout of large-scale portfolios, giving him strong insight into risk management and value development. At Asset Partners, he applies this experience to the execution of transactions and to maintaining a broad network of banks in the Netherlands and internationally.

Jos studied Management, Economics and Law at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen (RICS-accredited), supplemented by programmes at Krauthammer and Nyenrode.
