Jos has been active in the real estate and financial sectors since 2004. He has held positions as a fund manager, real estate manager, and real estate broker, and later served as managing director of an investment firm specializing in real estate, shipping, and private equity. In that role, he bore ultimate responsibility for the portfolio and was assessed by the AFM and DNB for his expertise and reliability.

Thanks to this background, he has learned to approach financing issues not only from the bank’s perspective, but also from the investor’s perspective. In addition, he oversaw the workout of large portfolios at major banks, which has given him a keen insight into risks and value development. At Asset Partners, he applies this experience to executing transactions and maintaining a broad network of banks both domestically and internationally.

Jos studied Management, Economics, and Law at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen (RICS-accredited), supplemented by training programs at Krauthammer and Nyenrode.
