Background
The office building on Stadsring in Amersfoort was transformed by the client into a mixed-use complex with 64 residential units and approximately 1,100 m² of office space on the ground floor. Upon completion, the residential units were initially leased as short-term rentals and later converted to regular long-term leases. As part of this transformation, the client sought appropriate construction financing.
Asset Partners organized a competitive process involving a broad group of lenders. By emphasizing the quality of the project, the strong rental demand in Amersfoort, and the client’s proven track record, the financing was successfully secured from ABN AMRO Bank on terms that align with the nature and scope of the project.
