Background
The Jorishof Shopping Center is located in the center of Ridderkerk and consists of 23 retail units and an underground parking garage with 140 spaces. On one of the upper floors was a vacant former library. The client has converted this space into care studios. This development involved the construction of 38 residential units based on the “Zorgvilla Tante Toos” residential care concept, which provides 24-hour care in a home-like environment.
The client engaged Asset Partners to arrange construction financing for this unique project. Asset Partners organized a tender process involving a diverse group of lenders. The financing was successfully secured from Rax Finance, under terms that align with the nature and duration of the project.
