Acquisition financing for a multi-tenant commercial complex in Almere

Background

The client wished to acquire the Cube Fashion Center in Almere. The property, located in a prominent, highly visible spot directly off the A6, comprises approximately 16,590 m² of gross leasable area and houses approximately 70 tenants who collectively represent more than 400 fashion brands. Over the years, the complex has developed into a leading wholesale center for the Dutch fashion, body fashion, and beauty sectors.

The client engaged Asset Partners after previous exploratory discussions with well-known lenders had failed to secure the desired financing.
